Casa Rubio

Casa Rubio, a fantastic serene villa on a large mountain. The house is located against the green and is located in a quiet street on a large mountain.

Casa Rubio is detached and has a fenced garden, with a beautiful swimming pool with a small pool with a bench where you can drink your cocktail or lemonade. The garden is quietly laid out and there is a large palapa for the shade. There is a very spacious covered porch with a cool lounge set.

Inside Casa Rubio is a spacious living room with a high ceiling, and again a TV, and a spacious couch, and a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. A large American fridge / freezer can of course not be missing in a tropical villa. The villa has 4 bedrooms and also 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a washing machine.

There is also a Nissan Qashqai for rent at the house. In short, a top villa in a very central location. Casa Rubio is located on the map exactly in the middle of the island so you can go in all directions to visit.

Villa Brisa is located on a higher part of the resort, so you have a beautiful panoramic view at both the front and the back.

The terrace and master bedroom of Villa Brisa are located at the front. The master bedroom of Villa Brisa also has access to the front porch via 2 patio doors. Open these in the morning and the birds, which are present in and around the garden in abundance, will greet you with song! The other two bedrooms are located at the back and have access to the back terrace with palapa, the swimming pool and the back garden, here too the French doors give access to this whole for both bedrooms. Each bedroom in Villa Brisa has its own bathroom “en suite” with shower, sink and toilet, and of course all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In the back garden you will find the private swimming pool, complete with an outdoor shower and a palapa with a lovely lounge set to relax in with a glass of wine after a wonderful day and watch the sky change in all colours due to the setting sun.
