Villa Noukasa is located in the quiet district of Brakkeput, where you can relax completely, but where the popular beaches are also a short distance away. Villa Noukasa has a large private swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and wonderful lounge areas. Noukasa’s pool is a chlorine-free pool which is so much better for your skin after a refreshing dip! The terrace and the swimming pool of Villa Noukasa are located slightly lower than the porch where there is a spacious dining table to enjoy a nice ‘dining’.

Villa Noukasa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and there is a fourth bedroom outside Villa Noukasa next to the pool. Villa Noukasa is completely enclosed by greenery so that you end up in an oasis of peace.

In November 2019, Villa Noukasa was completely repainted, both inside and outside, and 2 new smart TVs were installed with digital channels, Netflix and an Apple TV. There is also a Sonos sound system where you can play your favorite music via a tablet on the wall. You can of course also connect your own phone to the system to be able to turn on your favorite playlist right away. In short, Villa Noukasa is a spacious and wonderfully quiet, modernized villa.
