This villa with a spacious outdoor area and a breathtaking 180-degree sea view is located on top of the cliffs of the exclusive gated community Cas Abou, within walking distance of the resort’s 2 private beaches. The villa consists of two independent floors, each with its own swimming pool. Villa Lahara Suites is on the first floor and has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an outdoor area of ​​a total of 82 m² with a private swimming pool of over six meters long.

Both floors can be rented separately, but the villa can also be rented in its entirety. Please see the Lahara Villa page for this. A sliding gate surrounds the villa providing privacy and security. After passing the gate you reach the garage, after which a staircase leads you to the communal entrance. Through the entrance you enter a long corridor. Immediately on the right is the laundry room with a storage corner and dishwasher, followed by the stairs to the second floor, Lahara Penthouse

Interior space

The entrance opens into a long hall that provides access to various rooms. There are utility rooms on both sides, equipped with shelves and cupboards for storing items. In addition, a coffee maker and a microwave are provided.

Upon entering, at the beginning of the hall, you will find the first of the three bedrooms on this floor. This room features a private kitchenette with an electric hob and refrigerator, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, toilet and shower cubicle with rain shower.

At the end of the hall there is a second, similar bedroom, also with a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom with double sink, toilet and rain shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the spacious outdoor area, where the private pool and various seating areas can be found. From the spacious terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea.

Halfway down the hall, on the right, is the third bedroom. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with double sink, toilet and rain shower. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for storing clothing and other personal items. For optimal comfort, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning with different settings.

Outdoor space

You reach the spacious terrace of 82 m² via a passage between the 1st and 2nd bedroom. Here you will find a swimming pool of over six meters long, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and look out over the nature reserve of San Juan and the azure blue Caribbean Sea.

The terrace is furnished with a large dining table and several lounge areas where you can relax. There are also comfortable sunbeds to fully enjoy the sun. For culinary evenings there is a BBQ, ideal for preparing tasty cuts of meat or fresh fish.

Welcome in Villa Sonrisa

The luxurious Villa Sonrisa is located in the popular Vista Royal district, part of Jan Thiel. This villa, suitable for 8 people, is known as one of the best holiday homes on Curaçao.

The villa has a spacious living room with a high ‘cathedral ceiling’, which ensures that the heat is dissipated upwards, keeping it pleasantly cool inside. Casa Rubio

Casa Rubio, a fantastic serene villa on a large mountain. The house is located against the green and is located in a quiet street on a large mountain.

Casa Rubio is detached and has a fenced garden, with a beautiful swimming pool with a small pool with a bench where you can drink your cocktail or lemonade. There are also a few jets in this bath so you immediately get a small massage. The garden is quietly laid out and there is a large palapa for the shade. There is a very spacious covered porch with a cool lounge set, and where there is also a large TV for nice movie nights in the garden.

Inside Casa Rubio is a spacious living room with a high ceiling, and again a TV, and a spacious couch, and a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal.
